All returns must be approved by the SCULPTD support team before being sent back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
SCULPTD does not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SCULPTD is not responsible for lost return shipments.
You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original packaging
• All tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
All approved returns are issued as store credit only up to 70% of original order value, which can be used toward any future purchase on sculptdclothing.com.
Cash refunds are not issued except where required by law.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If the return meets eligibility requirements:
• Store credit will be issued to your account
• Processing may take 7–10 business days
If the item does not meet return requirements, the return may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible.
Orders are processed quickly once placed.
Order cancellations or modifications can only be requested before the order is fulfilled.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, SCULPTD cannot guarantee recovery of the package.
In such cases, customer support may assist in placing a new order at a discounted rate, but the original order will not be refunded.
Returns sent without prior authorization from SCULPTD support will not be accepted or processed.
Customers agree to contact SCULPTD support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.
SCULPTD reserves the right to submit all relevant order documentation, shipping confirmation, and policy agreements to the payment provider when disputing chargebacks.
