Two measurements, two minutes. Then use the calculator or the SCULPTD chart to find a bra that fits the way it should.
Choose your underbust and bust measurements and we'll match them to the SCULPTD size chart. Measure first (Part 2 shows how), then pick the closest value.
Snug, around your ribcage directly under your bust. Keep the tape level and breathe out.
Relaxed, around the fullest part of your bust. Not tight, not loose, and level across your back.

A SCULPTD size has two parts: a band number (32 to 50) and a cup letter (B to I). The band comes from your underbust measurement; the cup comes from where your bust measurement lands on that band's row of the chart. Because the chart uses measured ranges, don't estimate your cup by subtracting one number from the other.
The band size. It is matched to a snug measurement taken around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Our bands run 32, 34, 36 and so on up to 50.
The cup size, read across your band's row. The order is B, C, D, DD/E, DDD/F, G, H, I. "DD/E" is one size and "DDD/F" is one size, named the same way as on our product pages.
Before you start: wear an unpadded bra or none at all, use a soft tape measure, and stand straight. Check in a mirror that the tape is level all the way around, front and back.
Step 1, underbust: wrap the tape around your ribcage directly under your bust. Pull it snug, breathe out, and note the number.
Step 2, bust: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it relaxed so it doesn't squash the tissue, but with no slack. Note the number.
Round each measurement to the nearest half inch (or centimetre), then use the calculator above or the chart in Part 3. You can measure in inches or centimetres; just don't mix the two.
The chart gets you to the right starting point. Once the bra is on, check these five things:
Band too loose but cups right? Or cups right but band too tight? That's what sister sizes are for; see Part 3.
Every SCULPTD size comes from this chart. Find your underbust in the second column, then read across that row until you reach the range your bust measurement falls in. The column heading is your cup.

Hatched cells are sizes we don't make in this style. Your calculator result is highlighted here.
Our cup ranges overlap on purpose, so a bust measurement can fit more than one cup. Choose the cup where your measurement sits most centrally in the range; if it's right on the line between two cups, size up. The calculator does exactly this for you.
Sister sizes share the same cup volume on a different band length. Go up one band and down one cup (36D becomes 38C), or down one band and up one cup (36D becomes 34DD/E), and the cup holds the same amount; only the band changes.
If the cups fit but the band is too loose or too tight, move to a sister size rather than just changing the band number. They're also the answer when your exact size is sold out, or when the calculator lands on a size we don't make.
Each row is one family of sizes with the same cup volume. Start at your measured size and move along the row.

Sister sizing doesn't work for every body or every style, so treat it as a strong second choice and check the fit points in Part 2 once the bra is on.
Underbust from 23.6 to 40.9 inches (60 to 104 cm) and bust from 27.6 to 52.8 inches (70 to 134 cm), which maps to bands 32 to 50 and cups B through I. If your underbust is slightly outside that range, the calculator suggests the nearest band and tells you so.
A few chart sizes (32B, 46I, 48H, 48I, 50H and 50I) aren't offered in this style. The calculator will say so and suggest the closest options, usually your sister size, which has the same cup volume on the next band. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.
Size up. A slightly roomier fit is more comfortable than a tight one, and you can take the band in with the hooks. If your underbust falls between two bands, the calculator picks the closer one and tells you which band will feel looser.
Either. Switch the unit above the calculator or the chart and everything updates, including values you've already selected. Just measure both numbers in the same unit.
Every 6 to 12 months, and whenever your weight, hormones or fitness change, for example with pregnancy, menopause or a new workout routine. Breast tissue and the ribcage both shift over time, so last year's size may not be this year's.
Sizing varies a lot between brands, and many of us wear a band that's too loose with cups that are too small. Trust the measurements for your first SCULPTD order, check the fit points in Part 2 when it arrives, and if it still isn't right, contact us. Our 90-Day Comfort Guarantee is there for exactly this.
